Stefane Rosa joins POP as CEO Americas

We are happy to announce that Stefane Rosa has joined POP New York team as CEO, Americas. This is a pivotal moment in POP’s regional leadership – and the appointment reinforces our commitment to accelerating its growth in the market while delivering end‑to‑end excellence to clients.


Get to know Stefane

Born and raised in Brazil, Stefane brings over 18 years of experience across creative, strategic and operational roles in leading global agencies, including Ogilvy, DAVID, and Droga5. Among her career milestones, she launched and led Droga5’s São Paulo office, building the team from the ground up, establishing and bringing the DNA and culture of the global agency.

Stefane has been recognized as one of Business Insider’s “40 Rising Stars of Madison Avenue” for her contemporary leadership style and ability to operate at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and growth. Stefane joins POP from Droga5 New York, where she played a key role in shaping award‑winning work for brands such as Netflix, Molson Coors, The Hip Hop Museum, Hershey’s, and Paramount – among others.

An exciting new partnership to lead the region

Also joining as Stefane’s senior leadership partner, Steve Cooper steps into the role of EVP, Operations Americas, collaborating closely with her to strengthen operational alignment across the region. Steve brings extensive experience helping organizations evolve into high‑performing, efficient businesses while maintaining strong cultures and creative standards.


Looking towards the future

With a team of over 175 talents across 4 studios, our team in the Americas works with leading brands including TikTok, The Travel Company, Amgen, JBL Harman, and GSK. Based in New York, Stefane and Steve will drive the next phase of our expansion in the region – driving generative AI-led innovation in origination and scale production and accelerating the delivery of our audience-first model.
